Do you have the prizes in stock or do you order them directly to the winner?

This varies between competitions. If the competition is a first for us, we typically stock the item ourselves so we can assess the quality and photograph the product. And if the product is highly sought-after at the time, we’ll make sure to buy and stock the item ourselves so we can ensure the winner doesn’t miss out. For larger items like TVs or big gaming monitors, we often don’t stock these ourselves and instead order them directly from a retailer to the winner’s address. This is because parcel delivery services are frequently reluctant to insure prizes like this, so ordering from a retailer provides better protection for the winner in case anything goes wrong during shipping.

In the case of instant wins, these are ordered directly to the winner from a retailer with occasional exceptions where we have the product in stock and will ship it out to you.
